Setting up your infor for siri

How do I set my information for Siri to know me? Siri keeps calling me by one of my contacts. When I get to settings, general, siri, it lets me choose my info ONLY from my contacts. I don't understand how that even makes sense...So do I have to add myself to my own phone contacts?

Yes, create a contact for yourself, and include your home address and work address if you want her to set up reminders for you.
