Settings app wont open

My iPhone 4 is jailbroken and it won't let me open my settings app. It opens but closes right away. Any idea on how to fix this problem?

Yeah... we're going to need a little bit more information about your iPhone. iOS version... Jailbreak method... tweaks installed prior to Settings.app not opening?
