Shortcut to hotspot on the iPhone

Hi,
So my iPhone is hotspot capable. When I turn it on I have to unlock and press the settings icon then press the hotspot item then turn it on. I have a windows phone and it is so much easier. All I have to do is swipe down and there on the notifications at the top just tap the hotspot.
Is there a shortcut on the iPhone to turn this on?

If you use it with other Apple devices, use Instant Hotspot. You have to enable it once, and keep it enabled on your iPhone. Here's Apple's description:
Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch

Other than that, there's no shortcut to set it up or enable it from the Notification screen.

Thanks. I use the hotspot with my Apple TV which doesn't do blue tooth . So will it work?

No, sorry. It works with iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and Apple Watch.
