Shortcuts Help

Hi I was hoping someone could help write a shortcut. What i want it to do, i just want the shortcut to put the phone into silent mode for a set amount of time, then switch silent mode to off.
I tried a couple of time but can't seem to get anything to work. I know i can use the switch but i keep forgetting to turn sounds back on.

If you’re talking about using the Shortcuts app to do this, I don’t think it’s possible since there isn’t a setting to mute the device.
