should i update my 3gs

Hi,

sir i bought a iphone 3gs,when i installed i tune and connect the iphone with my laptop, it told me to update the phone.

please advice me, should i update the phone or i should not install update?

some people told me not to update,so i am confuse.

currently my phone is working great but the bluetooth not working , when i starts bluetooth ,its just keeps searching .......

how i know that i need a update or not?

this is some details about my phone-

vrion 4.3 (8F190)

carrier 10

bluetooth--40: D3:2D: D7:E1:B8

modem firmware 05.16.01

Re edit your post and remove your iphone SERIAL NUMBER, MODEL NUMBER, IMEI and ICCID info from there, you putting your phone vulnerabilities out on public. It's not advice to give out those info of your iPhone.

Now, if you are not jailbreak actually and you are bot planing to jailbreak, then you can go ahead with the iOS upgrade without worries, do remember to save a backup of your iPhone files.
