Simple software for moving music from IPod to IPhone?

Hi there
I’m looking for a simple program that will help me move selected music from my iPod to my iPhone, I’ve tried iTunes but it just did my head in.
Any ides would be much appreciated.

Try Copytrans Manager... its free and I use it to good effect

I found a useful guide [Moderator edit: Removed link to external iPhone-related site. Please, read our rules! Thanks.] that lets you copy your music from your iPod to iTunes for free. Then you can use iTunes to transfer the music to your iPhone and then not use iTunes ever again if you don't like that software. Let me know if that works.

You can use iTransfer.
