Siri location services

Siri tells me I need to turn on location services. They are on. Does Siri have her own toggle. If so, it is not showing up on my list. I am jailbroken and just updated from an iPhone4

I went under settings and did a reset now its working fine.

Hey I'm about to jailbreak and want to install Siri on iPhone 4. How did you install Siri bc someone else did and it ruined the 3G band. Also Do you have iOS 5 or 4.*?

I didn't install Siri. I have the iPhone 4S.
