SMS Backup!??!

Hey, I'm an Apple noob, I originally had a Motorola Droid, now I have a 4s on Verizon. I used to have SMS Backup+ to Gmail, and I really would like to know how I can backup my texts from my iPhone! I don't care if they go to Gmail or not, just anywhere on the PC is fine-Can they be backed up to iTunes or iCloud? (my phone is the only Apple device I have)

If you backup your device it will save your SMS.
