Some mailing addresses not on IPhone

Good morning,
I have an IPhone 4S that I sync with Outlook. Approximately 98% of my contacts are entered through Outlook and all of them have the mailing addresses. The problem I’m having is some of my contacts on my IPhone do not show the mailing address.

Could it have anything to do with which type of address you've chosen? For example, whether you're using Home, Business, or Other? I used to sync with Outlook and I think I remember something like this.

Most of the address's are work but the address's that are missing are both work and home.
