According to Pocket Gamer, the newly released Sonic The Hedgehog 4 Episode 1 is set to receive a cool update. This update will include Game Center support. The way things look, by this they mean leader board and achievements instead of multiplayer.
The update will be ready to get in line at the Apple App Approval Process October 15th. After that, we just have to wait until it is approved. It looks like Apple's Game Center is expanding to bigger games. You can still download Sonic The Hedgehog 4 Episode 1 for $9.99 in the App Store.
