Speech to Text via Microphone on Keyboard??

I thought Dragon Dictation put a microphone on the keyboard for speech to text input, but I can't seem to make it appear after installing it on a iPhone 4. It is there on my 4S though. Any ideas?

It doesn't work like that. DD has to be open. The mic on a 4s is Siri. Totally different. By the way thread moved to appropriate area
