My mail account is empty. But in spotlight search, when type a name in, it shows mail still there. When clicking on the mail, it appears, with NO choice of deleting it. How can these searches that appears on spotlight search be deleted?

Settings>General>Spotlight Search> uncheck mail

You can uncheck other things as well. All I have checked for Spotlight Search is Contacts.
Thanks. Does that mean it's still on the phone's memory/database? I'll uncheck all spotlight search. Seems like everything do have a search option in the app.
