Sprint iPhone 4S on verizon?

When the new iPhone comes out I will be leaving Sprint and joinin Verizon, added line on my girlfriends plan. She is grandfathered in on the unlimited data so she has been sticking with her iPhone 4.
Once I switch over to Verizon can she use my sprint iPhone 4s on the Verizon network?
