Sprint site not responding

Traveling in Thailand: at first no voice. Sprint chat help fixed the problem nicely. However, since then the sprint site does not respond at all (using wi-fo). A site that checks sites said it' s not down. I notice that there a lot of google citing similar problems at different dates but none right now.
Could the just be rejecting this hotel network or could it be something else? I need to change some settings as I'm being inundated with emails from their forum that signed for unwisely.

That's what I want to do but their site won't answer at all. I'm going home today so maybe I can get in from my home computer. I suspect it has something to do with this site at the Phuket Marriott. I was able to contact them in Chiang Mai. It's no big deal just odd. Thanks.
