Sounds like a strange request perhaps, but is there a hack that allows you to launch apps (or even activate other iphone features) by dialling a special number? I know there is app dialer, but this has it's own dialer. I'd want to be able to "call" the number via bluetooth. The use case would be to allow you to do things on the phone (activate siri, launch an app, etc) using a car's built-in nav/steering wheel integration just by dialling what appear to be regular "contacts". Seems like it should be technically possible to "trap" a phone dialling event and execute something based on it...but not sure.
