StatusTweak is the ultimate tweak for status bar customization. For the price of $3.00, you will be able to change around the units on your status bar to the fullest. You can move every icons/text from the right side to the left and viceversa. Unfortunately there is no "center" options so you will have to, sort of, push the sides to get closer to the middle.
