Before his unfortunate passing in 2011, Apple's co-founder, the late Steve Jobs was quietly working on a personal project outside of Apple. Although most folks see him as the genius behind some of Apple's greatest products, Steve was also working on a boat for himself called the Venus.
The Venus is a 256-foot super-yacht with an Apple-esque design, which some have compare to as a floating Apple Store. Folks over at
Shipspotting.com were able to get a few shots of the €100 million vessel as it visited St. Martin, Montanegro, Palma, Gibraltar, Horta Azores, and many other locations.
The super-yacht is sure a beauty and a rare sight to look at. The vessel is controlled by a row of 27-inch iMacs in the bridge and designed by the chief designer of Apple Stores.
