Still no Carrier Unlock?

Iphone 4s still does not have a Carrier Unlock to go with jailbreak? Pretty surprising. Anyone have any info on this?

Other than purchasing a Factory Unlocked 4S... there are no developments.

or just use it with the carrier it is locked to.. if you can. and also depending on where you bought the phone some times the carriers will do unlocks, unless of course you are one who say for example buys it from america and then takes it to their home country locked to ATT expecting there to be an unlock..

Hopefully there will be one soon but also make sure the device is on 5.0 and dont upgrade it to 5.0.1
