Stolen/Lost iPhone

I lost my iPhone in a taxi from my home to Dubai airport on the 16th of April, as I was leaving on vacation. I have been trying to locate it via police, taxi company, "find my iphone app" but nothing.....so far. I have IMEI, and serial numbers and I have my CONTACTS backed on i-cloud, but I can't locate the pictures on icloud. Can anybody help me find my iphone?
