Strange Re-appearing Bookmark Icons? Please Help

Hi I’ve got problem with my iphone 4 and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

I Jailbroke my phone a little while back but started to get blank icon’s showing up, all you see is the drop shadow, I can delete these icons on the phone and the message ‘Are you sure you want to delete the bookmark‘ comes up which makes me think they might have something to do with safari; But when I re-sync my phone they reappear.

I have restored the phone to factory settings removing the jailbrake, also I have cleared safari history, cookies and cache, but still no luck.

In itunes when I link my phone and select apps the icons are there but they don’t have the drop shadows and I can only select them not delete them.

I’d most grateful of any help anyone can give me.

get iFile then go to var/mobile/Library/WebClips, delete theme in here and they should be gone for good

Its not Jailbroken at the moment because I restored it through itunes, I’d rather not jailbreak it again. There’s no theme on it either its just the default apple.

Using iFile and deleting those folders worked, those pesky buggers were freaking annoying as hell thank you so much!!
