From time to time, your carrier has to update it’s settings on the iDevice. That’s just a notification that it has been done.

If you are on AT&T you may see the 5G logo, but not 5G speeds now

And most likely all the 5g evolution is, is a fiver backhaul from the radios mounted at the top of the tower a fiber setup going all the way back down the tower to the NIU’s that are located in a NEMA box. Until they actually install true 5g equipment, you’ll not see a huge gain in speed. Just my experience from past work on AT&T cell sites. Their big thing right now is called DAS systems or Distributed Antenna Systems, that are installed in most hotels and theme parks, stadiums and such. This way you have coverage wherever you are in these areas. As well as capacity.
