Stuck on loading circle after upgrading 3gs to 5.0 ios

After upgrading 3GS to build 5.0 it is stuck on loading circle after apple logo. I tried to downgrade back to 4.3.5 and lower fws but I ve got the msg with not eligible for requested build any suggestion and help
