synch iphone with pioneer radio

hi i have pioneer deh p7000ub it works with iphone but evrytime someone call me it turn to phone speaker is it possible to answer and talk to car speakers via radio?

On my Pioneer I just push the Talk Button on the Radio. When I have to disconnect the car battery it answers through the phone if i don't set it back. On the phone when you get a call tap the audio source button, it should give you three options, iPhone, Pioneer BT(if it is paired), and Speaker.
