synching issues

Greetings everyone,

I have an iPhone 6 plus, with an iMac 21.5" running yosemeti and iTunes 12.3.

My iPhone is running iOS9.0.2 so everything is up to date.

My issue is that when I try and synch my phone to my mac using both usb and wifi, the mac will pick up the phone, I can e see whats on my phone through iTunes, however when I want to synch and transfer music files between devices nothing happens, indeed the i phone doesn't show up on the share icon (the three little dots in a row) when hovered. Ie there is no 'add too' in the list...

Please help!!!

P.S I have reset phone to factory settings and installed latest OS..

Click on the sync button in iTunes. While your iPhone is connected to your Mac. Should be in the lower right corner.

yes I've done that, it just whizzes through the 7 steps buts still cannot move files from Mac to phone..

I think you need to move files from Mac to iTunes and then sync, which I am sure you are trying. Maybe a review of the instructions will help you determine why it is not working for you.

Yes I've done that too. I know I've done that bit right as it used to work like a Trojan!! Lol
