Synching single song?

I've told iTunes on my pc NOT to auto sync. I have iPhone 4s. I've got 1 song on my phone I purchased from iTunes. How can I transfer this single song to my pc's iTunes?

***I don't want to move any other songs either from or to the phone.

***I also do not want to download the song straight from itunes to pc. Thanks

Btw...related question...if I do auto-sync my phone to my pc, what happens? Does all my songs, pictures, etc., get transferred from (a) phone to pc, (b) pc to phone or (c) both?

whats the problem letting the itunes store in itunes download the song?

Connect your phone to iTunes, click on phone, summary, go down, check box manually manage music and videos and you can drag and drop anything you want

From iTunes to the phone yes but not from phone to iTunes which is what the OP is asking for.
