Syncing problem with itune

Hi I have reinstalled iTunes on my window pc after formatting due to some problem with window 7. After reinstalling tune on formatted window 7 , when I synced my iPhone with tune to back up the data on pc , it deleted all my application on iPhone which were downloaded on cydia installus but the apps from apple store were not deleted.
Can some one tell me why this happened and how to avoid this as I lost all my data

It's because you didn't pay for your cracked apps. Just one of the many flaws in using them. As you said all the official apps were fine...

there is a program to restore apps that are downloaded through cydia. mine do restore after installing appsync

method i use is itunes restore, dont set up the phone or restore from backup, jailbreak, install appsync then restore from backup/sync with itunes.

seems to work for me and all my apps are there.
