I just transfered all my music and photos from my mac to my pc. Now I want to sync my iphone with the pc. I know i'll lose something but will my apps delete from the phone. I'm hoping I can keep the apps and resync my music and photos.

In ITunes go to File in the upper left corner and select 'transfer purchases from phone'. This will xfer all app on your phone to your iTunes library.
