Syncing With iTunes

Always hook my phone to iTunes everyday at work but now that everything is going through iCloud I have 1 quick question. On iTunes when I connect my phone under the Summary - Options section I see a choice of "Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi". Does this mean if I make any changes or additions to iTunes it will automatically sync to my phone as well through Wi-Fi? If not, can someone tell me exactly what this option does? Thanks

Yes it will update thro wi-fi. That's an awesome add on.

Yes. You can enable it through the phone as well.

A lot of people have been having problems with syncing over wifi. I am one of them. iTunes sometimes fails to recognise my device and needs to be restored before iTunes will sync again.
