On our previous System Failure, we reported that iTunes accounts were getting hacked/used to buy books from publisher "mycompany". Clayton Morris reports that only 400 accounts out of the 150 million on iTunes were affected by this. The iTunes servers, themselves, were in no danger in any way. So this must be due to spyware, keyloggers, etc. on peoples' computers. Scanning your computers at least once or twice a week is always a good habit. Apple is planning to upgrade their security so that you have to enter your 3 digit code on the back of your credit/debit card more often.
