T blocks puzzle

Anyone play T-blocks puzzle game? Does this game use up data/wifi to load each puzzle? We have crappy internet at home...and my kids were playing this game ALOT last night..and our fair access threshold policy was exceeded and this was the only thing I could think of that did it...
