I am trying to be a T-mobile customer but am having a problem with completing a transaction.
Problem is after I select a plan it asks for a Zip code and when I give it the box says "please enter a valid zip code". This happens no matter what code i put in - 5 or 9 digits. I have done the live chat but Jennifer, who I believe is a bot, just suggests I refresh the page. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
