My new iPhone 4 is jailbroken and unlocked (OS 4.0.1). Can I purchase a SIM card in Germany to get unlimited data for the one week that I'll be there? Where can I purchase the SIM card?

Your best bet would be to buy a local pay as you go sim once you arrive.
