tethered after Siri intallation?!!

Hello guys,
i have an iphone 4 preserved baseband 04.10.01 running ios 5.0.1 JB of course.
a couple of days ago i have installed Spire to get Siri working on my iphone 4 (which did not work due to the absence of a proxy host).
But my issue was not Siri not working. it seems that my untethered JB has transformed into a tethered one somehow! i still have Corona and i'm pretty sure i have updated it not a long while ago.
if anyone can help me please i'll be glad to post the packages i have on cydia in order to figure this out.
i'd like to avoid any restore or rejailbreak if possible.

Its not therthered it happend with me aswell all you gota do is power it off for 5 min and turn it on again. I suggest you restore ur software again as spire is useless and takes space for nothing
