Tetherme & ipad2

I have a 4s that is jail broken and an iPad2 that is not(iOS 5.1). Will tetherme let me connect the iPad to the iPhone? It doesn't seem to work and I'm not sure if it is settings or not possible.

Yes, I am using my 4S to tether internet to my iPad2 right now. Both are jailbroken, but it should work even if the iPad is not.

It seems I gave up too soon. Turning stuff off and back on seems to have it working. Now I just need to find the sbsettings toggle for it.

If TetherMe is on the phone, and you turn the personal hotspot in, then your devices name should show on your iPad in Settings> WiFi.

I used TetherMe all the time to tether my iPhone to my mothers boyfriend's iPad 2,,...that was on iOS 5.1 when I was visiting them in Greensburg.
