Text messaging mix up!

Hi all I got my new iPhone 4s in December and suddenly when I text my mum the conversation I send her stay on her messaging page but when she texts back all her messages go to a new page under my dads name. I have deleted both contacts and turned my phone off and added them in again but it is still doing the same thing. Please help! Thanks in advance!

That's a known iOS glitch. Try removing and inserting back your sim card see if it will help. That's what I do when messages start creating new threads instead of landing in original thread.
