Text messaging shuts down

I GO TO OPEN MY TEXT MESSAGES AND IT CLOSES OUT. WHAT MAY BE CAUSING THIS?

Happening same with my camera, whatsapp, and many other apps.

I'm just finished restoring my iPhone via iTunes and everything fine as a new iPhone !

No jailbreak so i figured a restore would do the trick
