Text notification and alert?

I'm using Bite SMS and getting the notification from everyone else except the one on top with the ringer crossed off but not on everyone else and my ringer is on. When she text me it doesn't notify me on lockscreen and no badge, all my settings for notication and alert is on for texting. Could it be from her phone settings? thanks

Press and hold that person's line (the one with the line through the bell). This will re-activate the notifications for that person.

In biteSMS, any time you press and hold any line, you can turn on (or off) notifications for that line only.
