texting and pic issues on sprint with iphone 4s

ok when i send a text or pic half way through the line stops for about a minute then goes through or i fails it dont happen all the time but about 20% of the time!! is it sprint???

I've also noticed this, though it doesn't happen with every text.

I haven't had a text fail but it is a little slow some times. I don't know if it's the phone or Sprint
