Texting photos

(I am referring to phones that receive photos) some photos that I send via text do not arrive or they can't open them. I send from my camera roll. Am I supposed to check there format ? If so how. Thanks

No no, since they go out from your phone to the one you send the mms to, they should be able to open it, if they can't it means that they have to setup their mms settings to be able to receive mms.
