Techies who love a dash of color in their lives, will be happy to hear the latest buzz concerning Apples next generation iPhone. Apparently, the device expected in June will probably be released in three additional colors, aside from the black and white we have been accustomed to.
The cheaper iPhone could also benefit from the same design upgrade and will be out on the market alongside the iPhone 5S probably in June/August. Apple is expected to launch a low cost iPhone in order to compete with the cheaper alternatives from the Android camp. The company will probably use fiberglass and plastic in order to lower the price of the sm
artphone. However, its design will probably remain very similar to the iPhone 5.
The rumor leaked via the Japanese blog Macotakara but so far, the colors in question are not known. It is, however, speculated that Apple might borrow from the iPod Touch the color palette, so we might see a yellow, blue or red/pink iPhone in the near future. Previous reports coming from analysts have also speculated on the possibility of Apple introducing colorful iPhones.
Before getting too excited about the rumors, we should remember that Macotakara has been known to post both accurate and inaccurate information.
We feel that Apple might benefit from introducing colorful version of its iconic device. Personalization of iPhones is quite popular amongst users. For example, the AnoStyle company is thriving from painting iPhone 5S with whatever colors customers want.
