The cell service at my house is poor at times. I've been looking at voip apps and am having trouble finding one that seems to be perfect. Here's what I'd like...
Use my wifi to call ANYONE, weather they have the same app or not.
I do NOT want an app that wants to give me a new number to use.
I'd like it to be very reputable and reliable.
Preferably free?
Also, is there an app like this that'll also let me receive calls over wifi? Like when my phone rings, maybe choose weather to answer it normally, or via the app?
