There is a MMS app ?

Anyone knows there is a app that allows you to send multimedia messages to other phone than iPhone using Internet ?

Multimedia Messages require a cellular data or Wifi connection... no way around it. Only SMS' can be sent w/o a live connection.

I'm not talking about apps which other phone has to have installed like what's app viber tango,something like jelly SMS or eirtext who allows you to send mms without using ur units I don't have mms included in my bill pay plan and anyway I'm intend to send mms international

But i guess there isn't one ...
