Tonefxs not making any sound

i had installed tonefxs a few days ago and it was working perfectly, now all of a sudden it just stopped making sound whenever im in the app. cant hear any of the tones i click on

i tried un-installing and re-installing but this didnt work either.

any suggestions plz?
