ToneFXs Volume Issue

I recently installed SnowBreeze for 4.3.3 and the first problem I am having is with the app ToneFXs 2.0 from Cydia. When I try to control the ringer volume, nothing happens. The phone can be in silent mode and the ringer is still on loud. Can anyone help me with this problem??

I think that app is not yet up to date for 4.3.3.
