Track KM's traveled by our users - Australian Conversion

Hi all,

I've been looking for an iPhone app which will track KM's traveled by our users with the correct conversions in place i.e:

1.6L or Less will receive 63c per a km.
1.61L to 2.6L will receive 74 cents per a km.
2.61L and over will receive 75 cents per a km.

I would want the app so the user can select their engine size.
Be able to use GPS while driving to track how far they have traveled, e.g. Start / End.
Be able to automatically calculate how much they will receive based on their engine size.

I've found plenty of American apps with the above abilities, however I don't seem to be able to find any Australian apps with the above abilities.

Any help / point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
