tracking location on iphone 4s

i read before that your iphone use to store all your locations and you could use software from itunes back up to show all those locations on a map, is that still possible with an iphone 4s? All i had loaded on it was iphone finder but would like to see history locations from a few weeks ago.

Find My iPhone is the *closest* you'll get to be able to see where an iPhone is. All other apps that claims to allow you to track the exact position of your phone and keep a history of it is a VIOLATION of another person's privacy and is illegal, which can result in an arrest and/or federal charges
