Trading for iphone5s

I have Verizon and I got a galaxy note 3 about a month ago. I'm going to trade it for a iphone 5s. I did a new 2 year contract when I got the note 3, will I have any problems trading phones with Verizon.

Nope. As long as you keep paying your monthly bill they won't hunt you down for the early termination fee (basically the balance of the subsidized price of your phone.) I do, however, suggest making the trade at a Verizon store. Their CSR's can check each phone for any type of damage and make sure the ESN of each phone is clean before actually trading.
