tranfered itunes songs from itunes ? plz

my grandaughter has transfered music from her itunes account onto my iphone 5

I would like to get them into itunes so that I may put these songs on my ipod shuffle

how do I get these songs from my iphone into itunes on my computer to do this. I have tried syncing and its just not working.
