Hello,
I am running Ubuntu and hence can't use iTunes. I handled to transfer music files from my PC to iPhone 5 using GPlayer. Now I see those files on my phone but only inside GPlayer. My question: is it possible to see it inside any other media players? I'm using CarTunes and native Music player but none of it list those file.
Thanks

Is your iphone jailbroken? If so i think you can find a tweak called "bridge" to port the music on to the native music app.

From what I know, you can use a software called TunesGo to transfer your music files from PC to iPhone without using iTunes. Here's how it works:
To import music, videos, TV shows, music videos, Podcasts, iTunes U, and Audiobooks, simply click on Media in the left column, then either click music, video, etc. Then click the triangle under "Add" button >"Add File" or "Add Folder". This will bring up your Windows file browser, from which you can select files to import from your PC.
