Transfering Music From imac to iphone

We have 2 4s' with different apple IDs and the our iMac with its own ID as well. We want to be able to transfer music from our iMac to our iPhones without losing the music we already have on our iPhones. Is this possible? We keep getting a message that says "the iPhone is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library.".

Yeah iTunes will erase the multimedias in your iPhone before syncing the iTunes multimedias in it. But I think there are some software you can use to copy your musics out from your iPhone to your computer before syncing it with iTunes. Google for phone view and buy it otherwise the free version allow you to copy out of the iPhone only 15 songs.
